We are hiring a part-time Appointment Setter for Lead Gen and LinkedIn Specialist to support the launch of a Christian-based mastermind program for small business owners. The primary goal of this role is to engage warm leads and secure qualified attendees for an upcoming free event, which serves as the entry point into a paid program. This position requires someone who is both sales-driven and aligned with Christian values.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to warm leads via LinkedIn and CRM
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and build rapport
- Book qualified appointments/registrations for the free event
- Perform consistent follow-ups to increase conversion rates
- Manage and update lead tracking systems
- Collaborate with founders on messaging and outreach strategy
- Provide regular reports on outreach performance and results
Tools & Expertise
- LinkedIn (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- CRM systems (existing database of leads provided)
- Strong experience in outbound messaging and lead nurturing
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred but not required)
- Ability to use structured messaging sequences and follow-up systems
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion processes
- Comfort using AI tools for outreach support (bonus)

- Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation
- Strong LinkedIn outreach skills (Sales Navigator experience preferred)
- Excellent written English communication
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Availability for at least 3 hours/day (15 hours/week)
