What You'll Do:

 Make outbound cold calls to book painting estimates

 Manage our appointment scheduling & follow-ups

 Assist with admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly

 Engage with potential clients and build strong rapport

 Utilize CRM systems & Excel to track and manage leads

What We’re Looking For:

 Bilingual (Spanish & English) – strong communication skills are a must!

 Cold calling & appointment setting experience

 Previous office/admin experience

 Familiarity with CRM systems & Excel

 Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or willingness to learn

 A positive, team-first attitude

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):

 Experience in the construction or painting industry

 Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
