Elevaite AI is one of Australia’s fastest-growing AI agencies, building real-world AI systems—voice agents, call intelligence, and sales enablement—for industries like real estate, finance, trades, and services.

We’re hiring an AI Solutions Delivery Lead to act as second-in-command (2IC) to our Head of Sales & Growth. This role exists for one reason: to remove delivery friction so sales can scale.

This is not a traditional project manager role. If you’re looking for rigid processes, step-by-step instructions, or long ramp-up periods, this won’t be a fit.

Our Head of Sales & Growth is currently stretched across sales, delivery, client communication, and AI prompt design. That’s capping growth.

Your job is to own delivery end-to-end, translate sales intent into high-quality AI implementations, and ensure clients experience value fast—without dragging sales back into execution.

You are the human bridge between:

  • Sales intent
  • Client expectations
  • AI behaviour (especially voice agents)
  • Act as 2IC to the Head of Sales & Growth
  • Take full ownership of client onboarding after close
  • Protect sales velocity by absorbing delivery, optimisation, and client comms
  • Ensure sales handovers are clean, actionable, and friction-free
  • Lead requirements gathering and client onboarding calls
  • Translate client language into AI-ready instructions and prompts
  • Set and manage expectations clearly, confidently, and early
  • Act as first-line escalation so sales stays selling
  • Design, test, and refine prompts for AI voice agents
  • Optimise tone, pacing, empathy, authority, and clarity
  • Identify when an AI response feels “off” and know why
  • Iterate quickly based on real client feedback and call outcomes
  • QA AI agents before and after deployment
  • Run testing, refinements, and performance reviews
  • Proactively identify risks that could hurt retention or future sales
  • Run regular client check-ins and performance reviews
  • Flag upsell, optimisation, or expansion opportunities
  • Ensure clients feel understood, supported, and confident in the system

This is not a “stay in your lane” role. You’ll be learning faster than you can keep up in a firm that’s scaling inside one of the fastest-moving industries on the planet. You’ll get direct exposure and mentorship from senior operators, not filtered instructions, and you’ll work across real businesses in trades, finance, real estate, and more—seeing what actually works and what doesn’t. You must be able to craft AI prompts from the client’s emotional and cognitive point of view, not just technical correctness.

If you can’t reliably make an AI voice agent sound:

within days—not weeks—this role will not be a fit.

This is binary.

  • Running client onboardings independently
  • Shipping prompt improvements without supervision
  • Reducing sales involvement in delivery by default
