We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to contribute to the development and improvement of AI-powered applications and intelligent software systems.
The developer will work closely with software engineers, product stakeholders, and other team members to turn product requirements and data into reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features into existing applications.
- Build and improve workflows using large language models and other AI models.
- Design prompts, structured outputs, tool-calling workflows, and AI agents.
- Integrate AI services and model APIs with backend systems.
- Develop data processing and retrieval pipelines for AI applications.
- Implement RAG, embeddings, vector search, and contextual retrieval where appropriate.
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Improve prompt quality, model performance, latency, and API cost efficiency.
- Build safeguards for hallucinations, invalid outputs, prompt injection, and unreliable responses.
- Develop backend APIs and services supporting AI functionality.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Create testing and evaluation processes for AI features.
- Identify and resolve AI integration, data, and production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Work with Git-based development workflows and existing codebases.
- Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders throughout implementation, testing, and deployment.
- You should be comfortable working with Python, AI/LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, REST APIs, Git, and established software engineering practices.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI-compatible APIs, Hugging Face, FastAPI, or similar AI development tools is a plus.
