Seeking an experienced AI Automation & Operations Specialist to design, build, test, and maintain business workflow automations for our clients. Our first projects focus on Turo and Airbnb operations, with opportunities to support additional industries as our client portfolio grows.

We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Turo hosting or co-hosting
- Airbnb or short-term rental operations
- Business process automation
- Customer support workflows
- Make.com
- Zapier
- OpenAI and AI Agents
- Google Workspace
- REST APIs & Webhooks
- SOP creation and documentation
- QA testing and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
You will be responsible for:
- Building business automation workflows
- Connecting third-party applications and APIs
- Testing every workflow before delivery
- Troubleshooting automation failures
- Creating clear documentation and SOPs
- Communicating project progress
- Recommending workflow improvements
- Building reusable automation templates
- Maintaining client confidentiality
- Meeting project deadlines
- Delivering production-ready systems with minimal revisions
A successful contractor should be able to:
- Understand a workflow map and project requirements
- Build automations independently
- Test all workflows and edge cases
- Produce organized documentation
- Deliver reliable, production-ready solutions
- Require minimal revisions
Contractors who successfully complete the paid test project may be invited to support ongoing client operations.
These assignments are separate from the initial test project and include higher compensation based on the scope of work, number of client accounts managed, and overall performance.
Responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring client Turo inboxes
- Responding to guest inquiries using approved SOPs
- Coordinating guest communication for check-in and check-out
- Monitoring automation health and resolving workflow issues
- Escalating emergencies to the client when required
- Coordinating cleaners, maintenance vendors, towing services, and roadside assistance
- Maintaining client documentation
- Providing daily or weekly operational reports
- Identifying opportunities to improve business operations and guest experience
Each project includes:

- Ongoing communication throughout the project
This position begins with a paid fixed-price test project.
