As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who is confident and professional on the phone, organized, and genuinely enjoys communicating with people. What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with parents, teachers, and school partners in the US, ensuring all conversations are clear, confident, and professional.
- Check and respond to emails from parents, teachers, or schools regarding schedules, attendance, and coordination.
- Draft and update rosters for teachers and classes, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Send roster emails and lesson reminders to parents and teachers on schedule.
- Assist with registration reminders, lesson confirmations, and follow-ups through calls or chat.
- Coordinate with the US-based operations team and other admin staff
- Record and organize data such as attendance updates, teacher schedules, and lesson outcomes in spreadsheets or system trackers.
- Participate in daily directives or coordination meetings to align on priorities.
These tasks require consistency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail — you’ll be a central part of the team ensuring operations run efficiently day after day.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent.
- Confidence and enthusiasm on the phone — you enjoy talking to people and solving problems.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using communication and productivity tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, chat platforms).
- Previous experience in BPO, customer service, admin coordination, or telesales is a strong advantage.
- A passion for music, education, or child-focused work is highly valued!
Ideal Work Environment & Equipment
To perform this role effectively, you must have:
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional calls.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 20 Mbps recommended).
- A headset with a noise-canceling microphone for clear communication.
- A desktop or laptop capable of handling multiple tabs and communication tools smoothly.
- A backup power source and internet option (e.g., UPS, pocket Wi-Fi) is a strong advantage.
