I am looking for a reliable, proactive, and firm Productivity and Accountability Virtual Assistant to help me plan my days, organize priorities, start difficult tasks, and consistently follow through.
I am a 19-year-old university student and entrepreneur based in Warsaw, Poland. I have ADHD and ambitious long-term goals, but I sometimes struggle with overwhelm, prioritization, procrastination, task initiation, and maintaining a consistent daily structure.
This is a practical productivity and executive-support role. It is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or crisis support.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hold a 20–30 minute video planning call with me each morning or the evening before
• Help me choose 1–3 realistic priorities for the day
• Break large or overwhelming projects into small, concrete next actions
• Organize and update my task manager and Google Calendar
• Write a clear daily plan after each planning call
• Conduct 1–3 short progress check-ins during the day
• Notice when I am avoiding an important task and redirect me firmly
• Join occasional virtual co-working or body-doubling sessions
• Track completed, postponed, and overdue tasks
• Help me prepare for university deadlines, business projects, appointments, and administrative responsibilities
• Conduct a weekly review and suggest practical improvements
• Gradually learn my goals, habits, difficulties, and working style
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You should be:
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Confident speaking on video calls
• Direct, calm, respectful, and persistent
• Comfortable challenging procrastination without shaming
• Proactive rather than passive
• Highly organized and good at follow-up
• Able to simplify complicated or overwhelming plans
• Comfortable reminding me about commitments more than once
• Interested in a long-term working relationship
• Fluent or highly comfortable in spoken English
Experience with ADHD, neurodivergence, executive-function support, virtual assistance, education, psychology, project coordination, or productivity coaching is welcome, but formal certification is not required.
WORKING HOURS
Approximately 7–10 hours per week.
The main planning call will usually take place during the morning in Warsaw, Poland. Some short follow-up check-ins will happen later in the day. Availability 5–6 days per week is preferred.
TOOLS
• Google Meet
• Google Calendar
• Todoist
• Google Docs or Google Sheets
• Hubstaff messaging and time tracking
PAY AND TRIAL
The collaboration will begin with a paid two-week trial. If the trial is successful, I am interested in a long-term working relationship lasting many months or longer.
I value reliability, practical intelligence, initiative, consistency, and genuine interest more than formal qualifications.
Please do not send a generic application. Selected candidates will be invited to a short video interview and a paid practical trial.
