We are a family-owned, US-based self-storage business with locations across three states, and we're growing. We're looking for a reliable and professional Remote Cold Caller to support our acquisitions team by making outbound calls to self-storage facility owners.
This role is focused on outreach and qualification only. You'll contact leads, assess seller interest, and gather basic information. Interested leads are passed to ownership for further follow-up.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads using provided scripts
- Ask owners if they're open to selling and assess interest level
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and non-pushy tone
- Update lead status and notes accurately in company systems
- Participate in call recordings and coaching sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Prior cold calling experience required
- Strong English communication skills
- Calm, confident, and professional phone presence
- Coachable and comfortable with rejection
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
