- Manage bookkeeping, financial records, and reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis.
- Support compliance with tax and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Jira for task and workflow tracking.
- Familiarity with coding (basic scripting for automation and data handling).
- Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Slack (main communication channel).
- Experience with OpenAI tools (ChatGPT, GPT API) for faster outputs and reporting automation.
- Familiarity with other tools from our software suite (as outlined in our Confluence page).
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (US/IFRS).
- Per task (equivalent of $4/hr)
