Key Responsibilities:
📊 Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations)
📈 Prepare and analyze financial statements
📅 Manage month-end and year-end closings
💵 Accurately process and manage company payroll
🤝 Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance
🗂️ Maintain documentation with strong accounting controls
Qualifications:
✔️ CPA certification (non-negotiable)
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
✔️ Hands-on payroll experience (non-negotiable)
✔️ Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
✔️ Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities
✔️ Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills
Tools You Will Use:
💻 QuickBooks Online (Advanced)
📊 Excel or Google Sheets
💬 Communication tools (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
Working Hours (CST):
⏰ Full-Time, Monday–Friday
🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift PH Time)
