We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and loves communicating with people. We're seeking a sharp, highly organized Assistant to help our Account Manager provide exceptional service to our clients. We need someone reliable, professional, and eager to learn who can keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally
- Call clients when needed to request access, clarify details, or gather missing information
- Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
- Help keep client accounts fully updated and organized
- Keep processes clean, organized, and easy to use
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Client Support, VA, Admin, or similar role
- Excellent English communication
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable making client calls and handling communication
