AI-First Mindset® helps business leaders and their teams put AI to work. We run 200+ AI workshops, AI Labs and Sprints a year for founders, leadership teams and enterprise clients across Asia, the Middle East and the UK.
Most of our demand is inbound. We need an Account Executive to turn that demand into signed, paid and scheduled engagements.
Location: Remote, within 3 hours of Bangkok time (UTC+7)
Type: Full-time independent contractor
Pay: USD 1,250 to 1,650/month base + commission up to USD 1,000/month
What you'll do
- Own every inbound lead and reply within the first working hour
- Run discovery calls with founders, MDs and CXOs
- Send proposals within 48 hours of the call
- Close deals and grow existing clients into repeat business
- Keep the CRM clean and current, and report weekly to the Founder
What we're looking for
- Resilience and grit: you keep going after a "no"
- Experience with senior decision-makers; sales experience is a plus but not essential
- You use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day, and we'll test this in the interview
- Excellent written English
- Organised, persistent and comfortable working independently in a small team
