Response time very important. I do not want the client to worry and try to bring the conversation to one we can have in traditional office.

I am crazy about transparency. Before sending an invoice to the client I am preparing all details to be sure everything in crystal clear. The development process is very transparent too. We work in an aquarium )) or office made of glass.
