The management was formed in 2018, we are driven by the belief that football can be an effective tool to transform various societies. When we started, we knew that there were various community organisations using football to catalyze change in their societies. We based our action on the belief that, to achieve global change, we needed to connect the dots , we needed to create the team, and we needed to act as a collective to them.

we have always believe that youth is a time of promise. because of that, our organisation is dedicated to collect, develop and distribute resources that bring about development of core values in youths, regardless of economic, cognitive, or physical ability. We believe that football, in conjunction with intentional values development, should be available to ALL youths throughout the world— regardless of barriers.

We are a non-profit football organization outreach designed to build life and career through football services.

We believe if we can help you improve your self worth, you may be inspired to contribute significantly to better humanity and the earth.

This is the reason why we created this soccer foundation to identify, connect and empower community organisations that have demonstrated to have a sustainable social impact in their communities, and enable them to do more. Our network currently includes 60 network members that, together, reach over two million people in 45 countries.

We are looking forward to implement social impact strategies in cooperation with other network members and a wide range of partners from FIFA and UEFA to sponsors, governments and private partners, who believe in the quality standards that underpin the work of our network.

We want to maximize the power of football for good. That is why we also work develop, incubate and impulse social enterprises – such as Common Goal or the third half – that can contribute to advancing and leveraging the field of football for good, make it sustainable and amplify its global impact.

We want youths to learn how to take initiative. Future leaders must learn to make choices and take responsibility for their actions. A leader is someone that tries their best to work towards the future they want, so we make sure such impacts are made on the youths
