The team is founded year 2019 targeting individuals who are looking for work from home jobs. This is aligned with the booming freelancing industry in the Philippines. The agency is built from scratch by Rachael Vergara (Founder) and Juwibel Kevin Reyes (Co-Founder) aiming to help those who wants to have a clear picture of work from home setting and build the confidence of existing work from home agents on job stability and introduce flexible work hours. This is based from their experience attending to a full-time office job versus freelance work at home. 

Initially, this is a project designed to collaborate with the local government and help youth and parents find a job while being able to manage daily routines at home. Eventually, we expanded the business and started to provide training, do coaching sessions and mentoring programs related to the positions we are offering to our clients. This is happening regularly to ensure quality of service that we provide. This way, we can execute each task that will be assigned to our pool of talents, while helping the business we are partnered with focus only on business strategies and marketing strategies.
