Organizational Overview. InterestCurve Global (ICG) works with social impact organizations and enterprises to help them build, share, and measure outcomes. Since 2013, the growing ICG team has provided fundraising, grant writing, digital advocacy and outreach, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building services. Through these avenues, ICG helps organizations, social enterprises, and individuals gain the necessary resources and capacity to change the world. Clients range from small organizations or comapies gaining their initial footing to well-established organizations servicing many thousands of beneficiaries.
Staff. At present, the ICG team is 75% female, including Founding Partner Jessica Nurack. Through the flexibility of a remote working platform, ICG employs individuals across the globe. Our team is currently located in Thailand, Hawai‘i, Montana, and the BVI.
Culture. A fundamental aspect of ICG’s work is a commitment to diversity. This is true of both the clientele we work with and the consultants we employ. Not only does this approach enrich the organization from within through a variety of perspective and experiences, it promotes an inclusive outlook that enhances our ability to best serve the clients we serve. A compliment to this diversity is a dedication to ongoing learning within the context of a collaborative, supportive, and flexible environment. Each and every member of the team—from the founding partners to interns—is encouraged to pursue individual learning experiences and share knowledge with others in the organization. This improves the passage of institutional knowledge and retention while affording our team members with experiences that will serve them in future pursuits beyond ICG.
