My name is Shane. I've both worked in call centers as an agent and a manager. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business from the Universtity of Utah.

My agents speak fluent US English (no accent), because they've lived there for several years. Most speak Spanish as well. We are only 2 hours south of the New Mexico/Texas border.

We have experience in most telemarketing services, such as mystery shopping, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, etc...

The benefit of contracting my agency is that you only have to train and work with me, and I can get you as many agents as you need. So even if you just need one agent now, you may need more later. This will save you time and money as we grow together.
