As an engagement routine, our clients usually communicate a business problem to us. We then work with them and their teams to understand needs and problems better, defining the right Digital product features and user experience by wire framing it on paper, prototyping the various stages of the customer journey for success and then configuring the technology stack on the cloud for stability and performance. 

While building Digital product experiences, we engage deeply with the business stakeholders and users and follow an agile model of 2-4 weeks delivery cycle to ensure that the digital direction is in tune with the business needs, processes and goals.

3. High fidelity prototypes using Invision

4. System implémentation roadmap (Inclusive of recommendations for technology architecture and infrastructure setup)
