Supply of consumables such as welding rod, oxygen and LPG gas, and others. b. Supply of materials, labor, tools and equipment for the site fabrication and erection, full welding and application of primer paint. c. Delivery of raw materials from supplier and Cainta Plant, to Bataan job site. d. Technical Supervision. 3. NOT included are the following: a. Preparation of fabrication and shop drawings. b. Materials testing and NDT testing. c. Water and electric power source at site. d. Supply and application of non-shrink grout. e. All civil, finishing, sanitary, plumbing, electrical and mechanical works. f. Building and other government permits. 4. Any modification or additions not mentioned above and not in the furnished design plans and specifications, shall be considered change order, and will be billed accordingly.
