1. Jotun Design and Build of New Plant in Batangas
Structural design and analysis of seven main structures (steel and concrete) and other miscellaneous
structures such as 500k Liter Water Tank Concrete Support, Oil Interceptor, Retaining Wall & Septic Tank.

2. Design of Intendencia Building
Restoration and rehabilitation of existing Intendencia Building located in Manila. The client wants to
retain the exterior walls and the main marble stairway. The new building is now a 4‐storey building using
concrete columns and micropiles; concrete beams for second floor and steel beams for third and fourth floor
to accommodate restrictions in the upper floors.
3. Design of 90 meter Box Culvert
Design of 3‐meter x 5 barrel x 90‐meter long box culvert that runs below a runway. See appendix A
for drawings.
4. Design of Enga Teacher’s Dormitories
Structural design and analysis of three structures: 4‐Storey Male Dormitory, 3‐Storey Female
Dormitory with existing masonry walls up to second floor and a 2‐Storey Mess Hall. The project is located in
Enga Papua New Guinea. The design used both PNG and AUS codes.
