In this section, I showcase my skills, experience, and achievements in administration
and project management.

principles, financial management, and strategic planning.
Administrative Support at Siemens (2007 - 2009) and Tenaris (2010)
My journey in administration began with international corporations like Siemens and
Tenaris, where I developed my administrative skills by efficiently handling general
support tasks. These experiences sharpened my organizational abilities and attention
to detail.
Project Management at UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for
Refugees) (2011 - 2017)
During my time at UNHCR, I held a critical role as a Programme Assistant, where I was
entrusted with a range of responsibilities essential to project management and

CAMPO - Home decoration business
Company Branding
The objective of this project was to create a brand identity that embodied the essence
of the business: combining femininity, elegance, and minimalism while retaining a
sense of cosiness and a strong connection to nature.
I designed the logo and marketing materials, managed the social media pages on
Facebook and Instagram, and handled the photography.

The objective was to communicate the
image of a reliable and professional
organization while maintaining a
friendly and approachable tone.

HAPPY YAPPERS COUNTRY STORE
This is a charity store affiliated with Happy
Yappers Animal Sanctuary, established with
the goal of raising funds to support the nonprofit organization (NPO).
I chose to create a distinct concept, targeting
vintage and antique enthusiasts, with a
romantic and cozy aesthetic that conveys a
vintage feeling.
Social Media Content Creation
This involves the creation of carefully curated
quotes that complement the store's photos,
enriching their visual appeal. Additionally, I

Social Media Management
I manage the Instagram and Facebook
accounts.
Since it's a thrift store with individual items
rather than a product catalog, the approach
involves a blend of showcasing the store's
overall atmosphere and specific items to
provide a sense of what visitors can discover,
with both photos and reels.
I complement this with quotes about books
and antiques to create a certain ambiance,
and I also share home inspiration ideas on
stories to keep the page engaging.
Instagram feed
I'm part of a collaborative team that manages
social media for Happy Yappers Animal
Sanctuary, alongside two other dedicated
volunteers. We have a presence on Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Our strategy includes three different types of
content: posts and reels featuring dogs
available for adoption, fundraising campaigns,
and educational posts addressing various
issues,
like
Parvovirus,
importance
of
sterilisation, benefits of adoption, etc.

VERSATILITY &
ADAPTABILITY
Throughout my professional journey, I have developed two vital skills: versatility and
adaptability.
The initial decade of my career, I primarily focused on my administrative and
organizational expertise. However, in 2017, I took a leap out of my comfort zone when I
relocated to South Africa and seized the opportunity to cultivate my creative skills,
which I had never explored before. These two stages of my career allowed me to be
very versatile and feel comfortable performing both administrative and creative tasks.
Moving from the structured corporate environments of international companies and
the United Nations to a smaller Non-Profit Organization with less defined structures
further sharpened my ability to adapt to change. This transition challenged me to
embrace flexibility and navigate new landscapes effectively.
Moreover, working with individuals from diverse countries and cultures—whether at
Siemens, Tenaris, the United Nations, or my current role in the NPO—have
significantly contributed to my adaptability. These experiences have taught me to
appreciate different perspectives, communicate across cultural boundaries, and thrive
in multicultural settings.
In summary, my journey reflects a continuous commitment to developing and
applying versatility and adaptability, two skills that have become integral to my
professional identity. These qualities empower me to tackle new challenges, innovate,
and excel in a dynamic world.
