Switzerland is known for its unique breakfast mainly
composed of fruits, nuts, milk, and oat flakes - Muesli.
Originally, muesli was referred to be the nutritious
"Apfeldiätspeise" (German for "apple diet meal"), and
was offered as an easily digestible meal from the 1900s.

HORNUSSEN
Yodeling is a type of music that involves changing your
voice's natural low pitch to a high pitch of a falsetto. It
developed as an essential mode of communication in
rural Alpine villages in central Switzerland. It was used
to summon herds of cows, and to connect communities
divided by harsh terrain and deep Alpine valleys
through communication from village to village, and
mountain to mountain.

tradition since the
16th century.
Eventually, it has become an art form as a chorale-like
tradition. The Swiss national instrument, Alphorn, is
included in modern yodeling music. Today, some Swiss
Universities have been offering a bachelor course
majoring in yodeling.

To play the game, the opposing side's zone must
be entered as far as possible by the batting
team by hitting the Nouss (a type of disk or
puck). The defensive team must use a shingle or
catch board to stop the oncoming Nouss as
quickly as can. Each team attacks and defends
once throughout each of the game's two turns.
Every player hits twice with three tries per time.
The average game lasts between three and four
hours and consists of two bouts. The winning
side is the one that has the fewest penalty
points, or failed interceptions, in total.
