Where I have more privacy, no shared walls and common areas with my neighbors. I like quiet and solemn places. Having larger yards than multi-family residential. Most of all a great investment for your family. What is the best type of flooring for you and why? I liked tile flooring. Because it is durable, easy to clean and at a very affordable price. It has eco friendly materials. Many varieties of looks and designs which are great for your kitchen, bathrooms, and entryways. On the other hand tile flooring gives an indoor air quality, hypoallergenic especially those who are allergic to dust, less maintenance and fade resistant rather than carpets or vinyl. What is the best type of roofing for you and why? I choose the seam roof. Because of the resistance to extreme weather conditions. Reduces my worries on the rotted roof and molds. It is easy to maintain and replace. Most of all it gives you lifelong security and safety than roofing shingles.
