HOW TO START YOUR MORNING ON THE
RIGHT NOTE
Mornings represent the birth of life, together with the many promises such
occasions carry to make our lives better. There lies a hidden opportunity in every
day especially the mornings to make the rest of the day incredible , be it through
a healthy body, a modern mind or a new perspective The morning is the most
beautiful part of the day. But the time between waking up and going out is only
yours and if you spend it right, your day can be amazing.
The Early Bird
Wake up early , at or before 6 a.m. Make your bed and don’t leave it for
afterwards. If you want to give yourself a head start , then you must become
an early riser yourself.
Hydrate
Switch that cup of coffee for a glass of lukewarm water preferably with honey
and lemon in it. Don’t forget to drink it on an empty stomach. You can also
go for a cup of green tea but water on an empty stomach does wonders to
your body as it kickstarts our system, boosts our metabolism and helps in
burning those fats while sustaining the muscles.
Exercise
Treat your body right. Give yourself at least those 15 mins to exercise,
meditate and groom your body. Meditating calms our mind and exercising
boosts and energises us as it increases the flow of blood in our body.
Eat right
Having a healthy breakfast should most definitely be a part of your morning
routine. As we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day
so never and I cannot stress more on this point that never miss your breakfast.
If you are someone looking to shed those extra fat , give yourself a bowl of
oats and cornflakes with milk and almonds. It is healthy, will keep your
stomach full and also help you concentrate and focus throughout the rest of
the day.
