MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SANDY BEST CONSULTING AND MR CHINONSO OBI CHIEJINA This Memorandum Of Understanding ( hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) Is Entered into on this ______ day of the month ______ in the year 20__ between [Sandy Best Consulting], a company registered under the laws of Nigeria and its principal place of business is at No 75 Femie Abuloma Road, Port Harcourt ( hereinafter referred to as “Sandy Travels And Tours”) And Mr Chinonso Obi Chiejina, a Client whose address is at ____________________________________________________________________________ WHEREAS, Sandy Travels And Tours and Mr Chinonso Obi Chiejina desire to enter into facilitating immigrant and or non- immigrant visa processing. NOW THEREFORE, the parties agrees as follows: ●​ That the total amount for the full visa processing is 5.7 million naira (#5,700,000) ●​ That no deposit was made in cash or bank transaction. ●​ It is agreed that Mr Chinonso Obi Chiejina will make a part payment of the sum of 3 million naira (#3,000,000) immediately when the e- visa is out. ●​ It is also agreed that Mr Chinonso Obi Chiejina will make the payment of the balance which is the sum of 2.7 million naira (#2,700,000) on or before the 5th of February 2025. ●​ Failure to do the above mentioned, will be considered as a breach of contract and may result in legal action. ●​ Client cannot forcefully withdraw or apply for withdrawal of the contract until the stipulated contract term/time frame is completed. ●​ All agreements and receipts shall be issued by Sandy Travels And Tours to Mr Chinonso Obi Chiejina. Both parties agree to the terms of agreement in good faith, without duress and here by appending their respective signatures and seals to underscore its veracity.
