Case Study
The Story
This client was referred by a friend so we scheduled a call last
August 18, 2021. He is a Life Coach and an Educator, and he is also
working as a Physical Therapist. He will start his event, a FREE 5
Day Online Workshop Summit on August 23-27, 2021, and he is
really running out of time. He's not sure yet how many participants
will join the event and he just started his group with 63 members.
His main goal is to build his business and his audience so he can
quit his job and start continuing his passion which is to help his
target audience and to educate with their journey in life.
THE CHALLENGE
The client doesn't know anything about Facebook Ads. He knows
he needs FB Ads, but doesn't know how to start. He said he had run
ads before, however, upon checking his account, he is just
boosting.
No Business Manager, nothing have been set up yet, so I walked
him through setting up BM, Ad Account, and since he added me
as an admin, I took care of pixel, domain verification, and setting
up events.

I suggested creating a video, however, the client is a
busy person, so we used a simple image for the
creatives.
THE EXPERIENCE
Since the client has no data yet, and the campaign will run only
for the event, plus the fact that time is running out, I created a
simple strategy targeting the COLD audience.
Set up a Post Page Engagement Campaign on August 21 to
warm up his BM with a $10 daily budget, since it is his first time to
run ads and to boost his online presence. Then I started to run a
Traffic Campaign on August 22, to bring traffic to his landing
page. Set up also a Conversion Campaign the same day at
$20/day, and started monitoring the KPI's.

Next Step
The client will be holding another Summit in October, with 18 guest coaches worldwide,
so we are planning to run a campaign again in September. The client is updating his website
and he will create a new landing page for the coming event.
