Life longevity has become a bigger and bigger focus as health science and medicine has
grown over the years.
Where before people would be lucky to see their forties, now people can live to be
seventy, eighty and even ninety!
Still, due to an increase in sedentary lifestyles, we've seen an increase of different
illnesses. Mixed with the modern, fast-food diet, weâve seen a rise is heart disease,
diabetes, hypertension and more.
Where we should be living longer, we've recently seen overall longevity diminish.
In order to stay in shape and to make sure you are living a happier, longer life youâll

1. Join a Sports League
Adult sports leagues are becoming increasingly more popular, with every sport you can
