Rewards Platform
Revamped and launched the Century Class app
for Centuary Mattress, aimed at empowering
regional sales associates (RSAs) with product
knowledge and incentivized engagement. The app
integrated learning modules, performance-based
tracking, and a reward redemption system—
creating a unified platform for education and
motivation.
Collaborated closely with client stakeholders to
define requirements and brainstorm features,
ensuring alignment with business goals. Designed
an intuitive user journey that rewarded RSAs with
points for completing learning modules and
achieving sales targets, which could be redeemed
for rewards. Played a key role in planning, feature
definition, and coordinating between design,
development, and client teams to bring the
concept to life.
Project 3 - Kurlon Konnect App (For Dealers) & DSA (in-Store
Dealer sales associates) APP

Led the end-to-end development of Kurl-on
Konnect, a loyalty and engagement platform
designed for Kurl-on’s dealers and channel
partners. Worked cross-functionally with all the
stakeholders and different teams to
conceptualize, build, and continuously improve
the app and web-based platform.
In addition, ideated and developed a new
warranty registration app to streamline
customer warranty tracking and incentivize instore sales representatives. Previously,
customers often missed registering products
post-purchase, leading to warranty issues later.
The new app allowed store staff to register
purchases instantly and upload invoices at the
point of sale, ensuring warranty coverage while
rewarding sales reps with redeemable incentive
points—solving a long-standing customer
service gap.
Project 4 - Nike - leveraging technology for growth

As part of my product management
certification, I conceptualized a smart shoe for
Nike, focused on solving customer pain points
through technology. The project involved
identifying challenges, a target segment,
mapping product and designing key features
aligned with user needs.
I created detailed wireframes and prototypes
using Balsamiq, illustrating the complete user
journey, integrated feature flows, and techenabled solutions. The project also addressed
product concerns, user experience gaps, and
potential pitfalls, with strategic solutions for
each.
