This is a letter of recommendation for Tae Ha Lee, who was one of the original support
members for Lime’s Juicer Support program.
He has been an extremely helpful and strategic partner as Lime built its support programs and
formulated a CX strategy. While his title reflects that of a support agent, Tae was so much more.
He was leveraged as a subject matter expert in the training and onboarding process of new
BPO’s and held many responsibilities of a team lead. Tae has always been dependable and
open to accepting more responsibilities and facing new challenges.
When Covid-19 affected our business, Tae single handedly supported the entire Korean market.
In addition to quickly identifying underlying issues in our product, he also offered several
recommendations to improve the overall customer experience and provided cultural insights of
the local markets he supported.
I would highly recommend Tae for any team lead position as he’s demonstrated a clear ability to
work under pressure, adapt quickly to change, communicate effectively with peers and
leadership, and offer constructive and helpful feedback to management on business
improvements.
