Insightful Vision Makes You A Toper Vision without action is daydream.   Action without vision is nightmare. - Japanese Proverb What is Vision? Vision can be defined as the attitude of perceiving the future events in an optimistic manner. It is an attribute that is solely determined by a person's built-in thoughts, capabilities and sense of responsibility, these features make him think BIG. A vision could be formulated independently or as a whole within an organization. When it is restricted to a person's perspective only, it could be erroneous or could have limitations, as a person can be wrong at time about conceiving the future events, but when the formulation of a vision comes through as a result of a collaborative effort, it tends to be less erroneous and more reliable, the reason being is that, more than one people view points, their experiences, their thoughts are taken into consideration whilst developing the vision statement. Why Having a Vision is Important? Well, you must be wondering that why is it essential to have a vision. Why do we need to think about the future. Can we not just continue by working on the same pattern, working with the same frame of mind? Yes indeed, there needs to be a system, that works in a way that it drives us to achieving our goals whilst complying to the standard vision statement, considered to be the key of achieving success. You Get More Organized When you have a vision set for your individual as well for organizational goals, you are bound to become more organized and effective.  As you know now, that you have to work extraordinarily hard to meet the strict deadlines, to meet your boss's expectations, to contribute to a project out of the box, so that you stand prominent among your fellow companions. Well-organized and well mannered and well focused individuals can surely climb up the ladder of success in no time. You Become A Leader When you have desired to achieve the "ungettable", that is where you are said to have a superlative vision. As he who believes in innovation, intuition, inventiveness, discernment, is the one who gets extremely close to realizing his targets and goals. As a result he leads by example, he goes one step ahead and lead by example.  He isn't dependable on others, rather he leads from the front and sets examples that ultimately result in goals accomplishment and flourishing of his vision statement. Innovation Becomes Your Friend Being productive doesn't guarantee you success, but being visionary certainly does that. The above cited phrase has a deep meaning to it. One can say that how come a success is achieved without having an adequate productivity level of an individual, well in simpler words, it just means to elaborate the purposeful meaning of vision in a way that its significance can't be denied on an individual as well as on a collective level.  An individual who doesn't lack a comprehensive vision within himself, will not find it difficult to stand up and continue his journey again, in the event of his failures, but yes, if he lacks vision and courage, he might give up after experiencing just one collapse, and here his productivity won't even be good enough to save him from ths crisis.  Vision without action is daydream:  Now coming to the elaboration of this very part of the proverb, one can add a very meaningful saying that: " You snooze, you lose". It simply means that carefree and careless attitude towards performing your tasks might lead you to experience failure.  We normally come across multiple situations in life where we have to keep calm, we have to maintain adequate levels of competency and positiveness, we have to alleviate all the antipathetic energies around us. So, if we lack diligent and focused approach, we are bound to face defeat. Yet at the same time, if we are all fired up with all the positive energies discussed above, success is your ultimate destination in any case. Action without vision is nightmare: To put it in simple words, performing your duties without any appropriate planning, or desired goals or vision, may lead you to a jeopardized situation, which would be ultimately difficult to handle.  Hence, it can well be concluded that we all should be always focused, organized, disciplined, motivated, competent, hardworking, leading by example, and most importantly down to earth, in order to become a great productive and a respectable member of the society.
