I took this account on April 25, and since then this account is growing with reduced ACOS. From Graph, it is visible that ACOS has declining trend since I took this account

We are facing tough time in this account, due to low conversion rates, because in this niche we have so many design and color variations. In the beginning, we were targeting the SERP and PP, and we have much better CVR rates in PP. So, I changed the complete PPC strategy, and divert my traffic to PP.
To target PP, I used PP placements, Product Targeting, Category Targeting and Display campaigns. Now, we are operating at BREAKEVEN ACOS. Secondly, I have INVENTORY problems (client takes so much time to give new inventory, because he fullfils physical order from his store and we are selling expensive shirts (4 USD more than market price)

Took the account 4 months back. Reduce the unnecessary ad spend, removed duplicate targeting, diverted ad spend towards high ROAS and Ranking campaigns, and you can see the results

You can say that I launched this brand from Scratch. I did every thing such as Listing Optimisation, Parent Child relation definition and launching AMZ PPC campaigns, and results are HUGE and way above the clients EXPECTATIONS
