Are you sacred of
your new job
environment?
mind that life is not so easy
and obviously you are the
best that is why you are
here. To get relief from such
fear the following tips can
help :1. Believe in you
Raihan a 27 years young
man got his dream job in the
corporate world. His friends,
family everyone was feeling
happy for him. He was
feeling he is cloud nine as the
toughest part is over. Now
he just needs to do his
everyday work. But soon his
happiness blemished. An
unknown fear overwhelmed
his mind and he was passing
sleepless night.
Fear in the early days of
career is very common issue.
Good news is this anxiety
and fear vanished over time.
After graduation student life
is over. The tough part of
getting job is over. But work
life is totally different from
that of student life. A person
has to go through a very new
experience, new faces and
totally new type of work.
Obviously one’s mind can
face anxiety. But, don’t think
sometimes anxiety is good. It
keeps you focused. Keep in
No matter what the other
thinks
you
must
not
humiliate yourself. Believe in
your strength you will do just
fine. When we are in a new
environment we can’t open
up. This is because we are in
self-protection mode. It is
hard to do great because we
are focused ourselves in such
mode. Don’t hesitate open
up yourself and see the
beautiful world.
2. Remember your goal
Don’t let your fear and
trepidation to misguide from
your goal. It’s very hopeful to
remember your goal. May
after years you will become
the idol in your profession.
This mind set will motivate
you to do you work
successfully.
3. Believe failure is the
pillar
It is impossible to learn the
before you do that. As you
are a fresher you must not
know everything, no one
knows. In the early days
employees grow a negative
mentality that my colleagues
know everything. They joined
before you. It is rational that
they know better than you.
But by time goes you can
develop your skill as well.
4. Don’t
beyond
capacity

After getting most us
become so excited they we
forget the word “NO”. Before
you say “Yes I can” think
twice. You know your
capacity and what you know.
Be narrative with your boss
and colleagues. Though you
may have a good intention
take time before you give
consent.
5. Boss is always right
Many of us try to show our
worthiness in the very
beginning of our career. Try
to find out the mistakes of
our superiors. But this is a
wrong process. He is your
boss because he proved his
worthiness
to
the
organization. You have to
prove this as well and your
boss is the bridge between
you and the management.
6. Cooperate
colleague
your
Colleagues are your best
mentor at workplace. Apart
from your regular duties try
to help them. This has a two
way effect; Firstly- you will
learn some new skills,
secondly- your colleague will
give a greater attention to
you.
Starting career is dream for
most of us. Fear comes along
our dreams- it’s natural. The
common fears are having to
face feeling of shame, guilty
and embarrassment. This
fear keeps us isolated from
others and obstructs from
successful destination. But it
is also to remember that not
all fears badly for us. They
warns us potential problems
and prepares us for that.
Without overcoming such
fears it is tough for us to
build a successful career.
