Tanuja boasts being an author to many books of recipes crafted by her for Saraswati Publications. Over the years the occasional extravaganza called Tanu’s kitchen, which rocked many Food Festivals and Misal Mahotsavas, became a trusted name in Indian cuisine. The entrepreneur in Tanuja was born out of her experience, consistency, and creativity in the field of Indian cuisine. Tanuja has fulfilled her dream, by opening doors of her cooking magic to the world, through Tanu’s Kitchen and has found a trusted business partner in her son Ojas, who contemporaries the whole experience, for those who are eager to taste the nuances of the Indian menu with lots of twists.
