Challenge: The client, a real estate agency, lacked a centralized system to manage their growing database of buyers and homeowners, leading to disorganized communication, data inconsistencies, and missed opportunities.
My Role: As the project manager, I led the implementation of Buildout CRM, encompassing the following:
Project Scoping & Planning: Defined project goals, timelines, resource allocation, and budget in collaboration with client stakeholders.
Data Migration & Cleansing: Developed a comprehensive data migration strategy to transfer existing contact information from spreadsheets and emails to Buildout, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
System Customization: Customized Buildout with specific fields, workflows, and segmentation criteria to cater to the unique needs of buyers and homeowners (e.g., property interests, communication preferences, sales funnel stages).
Team Collaboration & Training: Facilitated communication and collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation process. Conducted comprehensive training sessions for the team on using Buildout effectively.
Progress Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitored project progress, identified and mitigated potential risks, and implemented corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.
