Challenge: Efficiently manage and update quality program data for organizations undergoing accreditation within the Cobalt platform.
Solution:
Developed a comprehensive walk-thru guide for data entry personnel, outlining clear instructions for navigating Cobalt and populating various tabs of the "Static Survey Status Tracker."
Established consistent procedures for adding new Quality Program records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across five key tabs:
Pend App/Pymt: Captured application and payment details based on specific Cobalt fields.
Survey Prep: Managed information related to completed applications and survey preparation phases.
Pre-Survey: Updated records with survey scheduling details and assigned surveyors.
Post-Survey: Recorded post-survey information, including surveyor initials and any two-phase survey data.
Chklist: Utilized the most recent Accreditation record for each organization, highlighting missing records for further investigation.
Impact:
