C-QUEST IT HUB 7 November 2025 OFFICIAL MEETING SUMMARY AND INSTRUCTOR GUIDELINES Below are summarised details and highlights of key points discussed during the instructors’ meeting held on Friday, 7 November 2025, at 7:30PM, via Google Meet: 1. We will be hosting a webinar on the X platform on Thursday, November 13th! This event will be accompanied by a comprehensive publicity campaign, and everyone is encouraged to participate. 2. Students will be instructed to create X accounts and follow the academy's X page in preparation for the webinar. 3. This cohort is not exclusively targeted at university students; it includes participants from various regions of the country and diverse age groups. The CEO emphasized that instructors should treat all participants with respect and equality. All students must be treated kindly and politely at all times! 4. All instructors are required to hold an introductory class next week on Friday, November 14th, using PowerPoint slides to ensure the session is engaging and effective. Slides must be used for teaching throughout this cohort, except during practical classes. The goal is to have something engaging displayed in every class, as we aim to establish an audio-visual teaching approach. 5. All PowerPoint slides must be branded with uC-Quest IT Hub. Instructors can prepare the slides themselves or send their lecture details to- for assistance in creating them. 6. Instructors should assign homework after each class and make an effort to grade the students. A portal will be made available on our website for instructors to input scores and grades, and to access student information.
