Mission Plan
Mission: To maintain a website tool service that provides offering help for suggestions to help
people with “eagle eyes” to better understand how to meet the needs of people those who are
far- sighted.
Value: Brings 50% of mobile users to find mobile applications useful, many for the first time.
Brings people with lousy impaired vision to better read instructions for microwave meals
directions. This brings generates tremendous new wealth to thefor mobile ecosystem
developers, equipment makers, and to the individuals who can now enjoy seeing their new
apps.
“I have the most dreadfully appalling eyesight. I'm really short-sighted, and have been since I
was about five. I was the speccy girl with the pink National Health glasses. That's my physical
vulnerability, and I wish I could put it right, but I can't - ≠ even with surgery.” –, Sarah Alexander

“As our knees, and hips, and eyesight deteriorate, we become more dependable, less
impulsive, kinder, and less moody. Psychologists call this the maturity principle. My own life
experience fits this principle to a T.”, – Angela Duckworth

Capacity: Planning to partner with the very best web designers, and neural net programmers.
Ongoing maintenance may require slight adjustments, and probably some growth spurts. We
will maintain long- term relationships with a savvy group of engineers. We will partner with
major design- media outlets to provide terrific news and reviews of the system, in order to
promote the website tool.
Support: Since 50% of the population has bad poor eyesight, there should must be ample
support. I admit that since I started wearing glasses this past two weeks, - they are fun to wear.
But often I don’t want to bother putting them on to play glasses. And ySoet still, with many
games I download, I find the text is too small. And often I don’t want to bother putting on my
glasses. There are a few apps that look good small - – such as WhatsApp, and a few iOS builtin apps – that support larger text sizes. But the vast, vast majority of apps do not support large
text sizes, or any accessibility solutionsmeans. This is an opportunity to make a stand for such
support, and to promote and spread awareness of the need for larger text sizes.
Strategy:
1.
2.
3.
4.
Measure the current state of things without this fix.
Build the tool.
Test the tool.
Promote the tool.
5. Grow the tool. Continued promotion, system monitoring, of system and upgrading servers
and application tool as needed.
Dominant Logic: It’s my understandingood by myself that TinyPng.com grew organically, and
with minimal promotion. I don’t know if that will work today for another web app. I believe that
multiple major media articles, plus a Wikipedia article entry that’s connected linked to a
majorpopular Wikipedia article that’s very popular - will drive good traffic and a steady stream of
new customers.
We will need to do carry out more further market research, and perhaps a study to see what
kind of marketing methods are most effective today for such a tool today. But a good guess
would perhapsmight be the current backlinks of TinyPng.com which will be offer the same kind
of website review and reference for customers as our sites should.
Frugal Engineering: I guess I would call this tool - semi- professional art. It’s not really art per
se, but a doctored up image that offers a suggestion of for how to fix something that will be
made to make it more readable. I could be wrong, but I strongly believe the neural net system
could be had for a mere $600. I got found one that worked only 50% of the time for only $200. I
now know how to adjust it at the start with a neural programmer, to work fagiver better this time.
produce better results
Keen innovation: the idea is simply to give themcustomers simply what they need, and no
more. We will not be following TinyPng.com’s program model to of offering services such as
Photoshop plugins and API web services. They did not didn’t have offer that for many, many
years, until just recently and they did just fine.
Lots of points of view: I would love to take the pulse of eye Dr.’s doctors, (Ooptometrists and
oOphthalmologists, as well as eye- care providers), glasses manufacturers, a wide range of
people who wear glasses, and people who do not wear glassesneed them to get an survey
understanding of the current state of things now. And prepare a blog entry with nice attractive
infographics that . That could be shot off to lots of reference linkers, to provide drive a really nice
high incoming traffic high-traffic landing page. This SEO marketing strategy works really well
today, really well. Lots of real human customer-traffic links to a reference article is HOT.

Risk Assessment
What can go wrong?
- I could delete the app might be deleted when having during a bipolar episode.
-o lLikelihood: it- happens every few years. I am getting a better grip on stopping it
than ever before.
-o iImpact: - I take make regular backups, and backup my backups, so may only
harm lose access for a little short timewhile. My eEpisodes tend to last about two
weeks of downtime. This may not impact anything, unless a upgrade is taking
place or something much needed is taking place at the time. Likelihood of that is
low.
- A server could melt.
-o lLikelihood: - rarely happens these days, but does happenpossible, I suppose.
-o iImpact: - would take maybe a few days to get it back online with a new server.
- tTraffic could shoot straight up like a rocket.
-o lLikelihood: - I’m not really sure but seemed to happen to TinyPng.com
-o iImpact: - would surely need to involve a team of engineers to handle it.

What can be done?
- Take regular backups and use a backup system that sends the backup to another server
or public cloud file storage.
- Have more than one server active so that if one fails the other will continue to operate.
- Have a wider engineering team ready on standby, and already “clued in” in case of rapid
growth happens. The Wikipedia itself has one hundred engineers on call and ready; .
This would never get reach that popularlevel. But in any case - it and would never take
need as much maintenance as the Wikipedia. This is doing a very simple process that
can be streamlined a great deal.
-
What are associated trade- offs vs costs and benefits?
The cost of the above actions is very little and the benefit is large
“Cluing in” a wider engineering team may come at a very small price.
- .
How does this affect the future?
- It’s just another set of action items to do in the first month that will keep me busy.
“Cluing in” a wider engineering team may come at a very small price.
3 Kinds of risk:
Known risks: the above- mentioned
Unknown risks: we could commune with TinyPng.com themselves when we start to get some
media coverage and make some our usefulness known.
Unknowable risks: Things can always happen that have never happened before. Such as
California falling into the Ocean, haehae. Hopefully, that doesn’t happen. But things can
happen. We can keep abreast of the IT and systems news for the internet. And maybe pay
someone to monitor it for us.
Minimizing risk:
I believe the above- mentioned action items will greatly minimize the risk. They are not many
few and easily achievable.
What’s at stake?:
Financial: Once the app and website is are built, - the investment is largely protected and safe.
We keep only the binary on the website and not the source code, to protect it from IT men.
Keeping the server costs down. I certainly don’t use Amazon.com web services. They are most
expensive. I use MassiveGRID.com and they are highly lessmuch expensive cheaper, although
they take a more sophisticated and part-time IT person or team. That’s a cost I forgot toshould
include here, will do now. MassiveGRID.com can handle huge, huge amounts of traffic at very
low costs.

Social: The reputation of the funding partner is at stake plus the reputation of the
ClearJPG.com company. I’ve kept a solid reputation for my mobile apps. And I’ve had
14,000,000 downloads of my talking apps, and kids apps,. a And about 1,000,000 of my current
room escape app from adults. Now Obviously, one billion downloads is a lot more and we may
achieve that, but it’s not a million times more. It’s doable. We may need a customer support
person part- time by then. I was always surprised at how quiet things were when we had
14,000,000 downloads. We had very few emails back then.
Political: This app tool may cause a bit of unrest and much upheaval of thein current systems
for of eye care in around the world, but it may come gradually. It may be a much welcome
change as was Amazon longtail book ordering to in the book- buying process - – making
offering much wider availability of very hard- to- find books. It may not wreck anything much at
all, but that is unclear not clear nowyet.
Internal / organization: The loss of the technology. I will protect it and keep the surface area on
the source way, way down. Like As I do for with my mobile apps.
Competitive Analysis
In what market am I in?
The market for this product is vision and internet software tools.
What are the common programs, audiences, & geographies that do I share with others?
This is as a very similar a tool as TinyPng.com. In fact, we copied their general design style.
(which thing is allowed by law. Website designs are not copyright.).
We share the same audience too. So all their backlinks will be good to harvest and I’ve already
made an XLS output of all their backlinks. We share the same geography too - – the world.
The whole world as needs of this fix.
What sets my organization apart?
I’ve had the Coursera course “Arts & Culture Strategy”. I scored #1 in strategy and creativity in
Gallop Polls personality exam, . aAs well as scoring very highly in my entrepreneurial talents.
In short, I’m a careful and strong and careful leader.
Mapping your market
1. who is has the same program but different audience??
There is no program like this, no tool like this yet. It is most similar to OCR software, but not at
all the same.
2. who else i providesing the same programs to the same place?
No one nowcurrently.
Try Look up on Googlinge “service what text is too small to read for far-sighted” nothing. No
service.
Try Look up on Googlinge “understand what text is too small to read for far-sighted” ditto,
nothing.
3. who else is working in the same place and for the same audience
There is no one else supplying eyesight fixes like this.
4. who is has the same program, the same audience, the same place?.
No one.
5. Who is providing for the same audience, but wlith a different program?
This would be the eye Dr.’doctors and glasses manufacturers.
Marketing
How you create build relationships?
Create a buzz and let people find the website, experiment for free with the website, and if they
find it useful they will bookmark it and use it moreagain.
The way we tell the story is what makes it worth stopping for.
I have a mobile app and some customers expressed a concern that the text is was too hard to
see. So I got had the bright idea to of makinge all my text and controls easy for people with bad
poor eyesight. I did that and sales nearly doubled, so I figured that nearly half the population
has bad poor visioneyes.
Then, about six months later, my own eyesight began to go bad deteriorate (I turned 45, which
is when most people get develop bad sight eyesissues), I was becoming far-sighted. I ratcheted
up all the text settings in the accessibility controls for my iOS device. That helped a little, but I
noticed that the vast most majority of the apps ignore this setting.
That’s when I hatched the idea to of providinge a TinyPng.com sister site. I’ve used
TinyPng.com since the start launch of their tool. Back when they were still eager to get more
and more customers.
I always liked the tool a great deal. In fact, it meant a great deal to my mobile app, especially in
from- when I was doing working on Talking Apps. Talking Apps especially are very
aggressive on the storage space and need the small PNG compression system of TinyPng.com
Now I have glasses and I must admit, - the bigger size of text size is still nice, even when I have
glasses on. Especially among with mobile games - – they nearly all tend to make the print so
very tiny small and so very nearly impossible to read, even with glasses.
Our marketing plan is to simply do more and more outreach through skyscraper articles,
infographic blog backlink campaigns, Wikipedia and, more aggressive completely white-hat
SEO techniques that are dominant in today’s best SEO skill-sets.
We are providing easier reading for those who are far-sighted!!
