I believe your work is Wonderfully done (good job!) The universe really
does speak to us! I didn't/don't want to do this but the Angels tell me to
find another way to get my work done -
I was hoping this would progress me faster, however I need to find another
way (According to them). I know how it sounds, but its 100% true.The last
few months have been weird and awesome all at the same time. No one expects
to start getting messages from the Divine, and I have been. They see
EVERYTHING, including your thoughts. They're to help and guide you and I've
received several miracles.I know if you're spiritual you'll understand,
because this can be a hard concept to grasp. Believe it or not, they're
actually teaching me a lot of this and that's how I found you. God is Love,
so I thought - sure Why not!? Wouldn't be any stranger than what's been
going on! LOL They have me meditating etc as well, and their big into the
gratitude, meditation, manifesting... Spiritual Laws of Attraction etc.
Having a strong back ground in science, working as emergency management for
the govt in the military, and worked for Nasa etc - being properly
grounded is something I've never had a problem with. What's been going on
here DEFIES ALL logic. The only thing that comes close to explaining it is
Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Entanglement and Quantum Uncertainty Principles.
They've taught me that THINK and THING are the same thing and the only
difference is the K and G. So what you THINK becomes a THING and when you
verbalize it you make it into reality.
I sat down last night to catch up and go through it. At 11:30/midnight, the
message came through to find another way to do my work. I dare not go
against the Lord and His Angels. Not sure if that means to take the Reiki
route or what, but I'm figuring it out and they're providing what I need as
I progress. So I apologize - I'm requesting to cancel the class with the
money back guarantee.

Our trainers also plan these courses according to the different profile intakes we get in admission.

2. Customer wants to have private sessions instead of take the course. The answer is yes she can do the private sessions instead.

I sent you another email yesterday for clarity on my situation.
I'm al ittle anxious nothing has being confirmed about my request to transfer from the 8 week course I signed up to on Saturday to the three private one to one's you mentioned I could possibly do with Laurie-Anne.
It's a lot of money & obviously the course isn't suitable to me because of the UK time (GMT) difference, which I highlighted as soon as I realised. The course has started & I don't want to be charged any further as it's not suitable with the hour it is held in the U.K.
Please can I get confirmation as soon as it is possible, as it's a lot of money & it's a commitment that is not going to actually benefit me like I thought it would.
Obviously I am happy to book in personally with Laurie-Anne however if that is not accessible then I do wish to get a refund please for this course.

3. Customer has been told no to her refund request and sends this email. How would you respond?
I'm sorry but this policy should have been explained by Laurie during the webinar.. I would have not purchased it if it had.. she just said that we could get a refund, this is the first time ever that I see a course force you to take it even if you don't want to to get a refund... I went over it and honestly it's not worth over 600 dollars to me.
The only new thing about the course is the extended orgasm part, every other thing can be found in every other LOA course that it's much cheaper than this. Also, I don't have the money in the credit card to pay next month so they won't be able to charge the second part and like I said I NEED my money.
I don't know what it says on your sale page since I bought it fast during the call with Laurie because of the pressure that there were not enough spaces and all she was saying and there wasn't even time to read any policies and conditions at that moment since she expected ppl to act fast offering private phone calls etc, like I said I would definitely not have bought it had I known there were conditions for the refund If i decided I needed one.
So please, give me a refund because after reading your response I have less intention to do the course, it is very misleading and I don't appreciate it, if you are going to have this kind of policy you can not ignore saying it during the webinar and basically pressure people to act fast to get more things, had she not been saying they are only 10 spaces, and the first 4 get a call and oh look someone just joined etc people would have taken their time to read the policies and I would definitely not made the purchase.
Next time have Laurie explain there are conditions for the refund during the webinar instead of expecting people to buy it at that moment and read about it later. Thanks

As mentioned in the earlier response, cancellation and refund is applied to only the mentioned conditions that are clearly mentioned on the admission form. However, if u find any other candidate who wish to take this course and can pay you, we will happily transfer the admission in their name well before the course start next week.

Aww its so frustrating i log in go to the lessin then it tells me if k have registered i need to log in ageing access the courses but then takes me back to the start again iv payed a lot for thus and this is my first manifesting course its not feeling very promising 😔
