Introduction • Current Working style of MSEB is like they have many employees whose nature of work is just to take reading of meter manually up to year 2012 but now they used to capture pictures using digital camera approx. costing 3000 to 4000 Rs. • Human error is the biggest problem, Customer used to get disturbed whenever someone comes to capture image of meter. • Customer don’t want unknown person to enter in their house. Many times, only housewife is alone at home, so she feels unsecured to get him in. We planning to design, invent new device as per necessity. Reason behind selection of topic is to avoid unwanted disturbances in our day today life. This system avoids unwanted entry of person from MSEB to capture picture of meter. GNIET GNIT at GNI, we make Engineers and Managers who perform….. 3 Objectives • The main objective of the project is to reduce Human error caused by MSEB employees. • Also for customer security and for do not disturb to the consumers. Like these there are many problems employee and customer used to face. To solve these problems we are proposing a smart solution. Proposed system will capture Image of meter and mail to MSEB’s mail address. System will have a camera interfaced.
