Week 1: Project Foundation & Charter
• We established our Team Charter (defining roles like PM, Scribe) and our Project
Charter.
• This aligned our team and defined the project's objectives, scope, and
stakeholders.
Week 2: Project Scheduling & Timeline
• We created the detailed 3-Month Masterclass Schedule and Gantt Chart.
• This mapped out every task, dependency, and deadline, from planning to final
delivery.
Week 3: Engagement Strategy & Analysis
• We developed the Engagement Strategy Report.
• This involved analyzing a real-world engagement problem, identifying root
causes, and proposing strategic solutions to keep users motivated.
Week 4: Final Consolidation & Delivery
• Creating this final proposal and presentation.
Tools & Methodologies
Tools Used: Google Docs (for collaboration), Trello (visual planning),
Canva (design), Google Meet (for Team meetings & video recording).
Methodologies Frameworks: SMART goals, RACI matrix, WBS model,
Gantt scheduling.
Recommendations & Lessons Learned
Recommendations: Increase meeting frequency and
use structured progress reviews.
