SECTION V – Staff Member's self-appraisal at end of review period
Staff Member’s comments:
My self-assessment reflects my role as an HR and Budget Officer at UNRWA, where I collaborated with administrative officers to ensure the
smooth flow of operations during the on-going emergency context of the Gaza war. Despite the high-pressure environment, I maintained effective
coordination across administration, HR, and budget-related activities. My adaptability allowed me to manage additional responsibilities,
successfully covering for absent colleagues and ensuring that critical functions continued without disruption. This experience highlighted my ability
to handle complex challenges, maintain resilience, and deliver results in demanding situations.
