I spoke to an agent no name given in the beginning of call she was polite and new what she
was doing and talking about .She had to transfer to a licensed agent by the name of Shannon I
explained I needed quote I Was getting quotes for my mother in law for her mom he was great
on the phone perfect disposition.Agent was knowledgeable and try to give me the price she

brace i was inquiring about. I Was asked for my card insurance card I explained I didn't have
insurance she ended call I felt I was given no chance for more information or alternatives

Spoke with an agent never gave name bad attitude would not answer question on dealer and
was unable to answer simple questions. Was not knowledgeable of product he was selling.
