I am currently employed as a Customer Support Representative, taking highest escalation calls from other Departments. As a Customer Support Representative, I have developed strong typing, analytical and call handling skills. For example, one of my main duties at Corporate Department Representative is resolving customers issue and making sure that we provide excellent customer service and exceptional customer satisfaction. This duty requires analysing customer issues and giving them the best resolution possible. I am willing to render 40 hours/week depending on how much time the job requires. I know how to use Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. I have a little experience in video editing and handle programs like Adobe Premier Pro but more than willing to learn.
