PORTFOLIO About Me Hi, I'm shadia! A passionate digital marketer with experience in: - Social media management - Content creation - Graphic design - Video editing My digital marketing journey started in February of 23. in AIESEC Bosnia & Herzegovina as a part of their Marketing & PR team aiesec.bih I regularly created and published content on 2 IG platforms: youthspeak.bih I also: - Participated in creating marketing strategy - Did copywriting - Created various types of posts (carousels/reels/stories) I then got "promoted" to the Organizing Committee position for their NATCO event (a national event for AIESEC members!) I managed the @natco.bih IG profile (which you unfortunately can't view as it's private) for 3 months from Aug - Oct 2023 What did i do? - Selected this year's theme and curated its brand book which was up to that point non existent - Defined a content publishing plan - Developed TOV (tone of voice) and copywriting in line with the theme and target audience - Designed a coherent and aesthetically appealing profile curated of 28 posts/reels - Regularly published stories and actively engaged the audience BEFORE AFTER As you can see: - The feed is more visually appealing and dynamic - The content is far more diverse, blending informative, fun, intriguing, and sassy elements - all tailored to our young target audience to encourage engagement The results? - Nearly 30 signups achieved! And as I grow in the ever-evolving field of digital marketing, I am eager to take on new challenges and further develop my skills.
