Se colocaron los estacionamientos sobre la calle
LA de H, en un tramo de calle que no tiene uso frecuente
ni circulacion , de esta manera no solo no se interfiere con
flujos existentes sino que se ocupa el lugar,
cambiando su caracter residual.

Se ubica la vegetacion mas alta y las zonas verdes
en el lado del predio que da a la avenida mas transitada
de esta manera se amortiguan los ruidos de dicha avenida
aislando el edificio de los mismos,
generando una barrera visual y sonora.
