Representative at MeUndies from 2018 to 2019, I
played a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and
seamless experience for our valued customers. As
a frontline representative, I engaged with customers
through various channels, including email and chat
support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns,
and providing product information.
My responsibilities included handling customer
orders, processing returns and exchanges, and
managing shipping-related queries. I demonstrated
a deep understanding of MeUndies' product line,
policies, and procedures, allowing me to provide
accurate and helpful information to customers.
Furthermore, I conducted training sessions for the
entire team on critical aspects such as Brand Voice,
Empathy, and Grammar. This not only ensured
uniformity in customer interactions but also
contributed to a team culture that prioritized both
excellence and empathy.

INDUSTRY
The evolution of my position to Senior Quality
Assurance Analyst marked a phase where I played
a vital role in bridging communication between
agents and customers. My responsibilities included
interpreting quality assurance progress to drive
continuous improvements, collaborating closely
with the CX Trainer in onboarding and training new
hires, and pioneering initiatives like GraderQA to
identify
and
implement
opportunities
for
improvement.

The impact of these training initiatives was evident
in the team's enhanced ability to embody the
MeUndies brand, tailor interactions to individual
customer needs, and respond with genuine
empathy. Customer feedback reflected an
improvement in the overall quality of service, with
an increase in positive sentiments and customer
satisfaction metrics.
By spearheading these training programs, I not
only elevated the skills of the customer service
team but also contributed to a culture that

consistency,
personalized
customer experiences, and genuine empathy.
