Target Audience The target audience for this document is user of Universo CCRIS application whose job responsibilities include administering and operating of Universo CCRIS Preperation For Export Module application. This document is essentially for the user(s) of the Universo CCRIS Preperation For Export Module. 6 Universo CCRIS Frontend Manual SECTION 1: Preperation For Export 1. Click on "Execution" Menu iii. Click on "Execute Task" Menu 9 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 4. Préparation for Export – Home Once user navigate to PFE menu click on " Preferationf for Export " left menu, it will load PFE home page Steps :i. Click on "Backend Modules" menu ii. Click on "Execution" Menu iii. Click on "Execute Task" Menu iv. Click on "Preperation For Export" left menu (refer above screen) 10 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 5. Préparation for Export – SDIS with ReadOnly Data Steps :i. Click on Left Menu under Genral Tab(e.g. Individual ) ii. System will load Data for selected SDIS with readonly access iii. User can apply data filters based on selection from "Grid Filters" or "Application System Code" 11 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 6. Préparation for Export – SDIS with Modification Rights Steps :i. Click on Left Menu under Genral Tab(e.g. Individual > XA Records ) ii. System will load Data with option for User to update Effective Date/Change type for selected SDIS. User can select multiple records from Grid and select Effective Date and Change type to update records If user want to update all rows from current Page, User can click on Appy On dropdpwn and select "Page Rows" If user want to update all rows, User can click on Appy On dropdpwn and select "All Rows" iii. iv. v. 12 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 7. Préparation for Export – User Confirmation before Updating Records in bulk Steps :i. If user Selects "Page Rows" or "All Rows" option for data modification, confirmation will be taken from user before data updations submission ( please refer below screenshot) 13 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 8. Préparation for Export – Inline Edit (Effective Date) Steps :i. User can update Effective date with feature of Inline Edit. Simply click on Effecive date column, it will open in edit mode, user can select Date from calander or can input date in DD-MM-YYYY format. Confirmation message will be popup before proceeding for update. ii. Please note- date can not be updated using inline edit feature. For that user can keep date blank and click on Apply button. 14 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 9. Préparation for Export – Inline Edit(Change Type) Steps :i. User can update Change Type with feature of Inline Edit. Simply click on Change Type column, it will open in edit mode, user can select Change type from list. Confirmation message will be popup before proceeding for update. 15 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 10. Préparation for Export – Summary (Selected SDIS) Steps :i. Summary is displayed now in 2 parts, User can see summary for selected SDIS as well as Summary for all SDIS. ii. Summary is group based on Applcation System Code. iii. Link is provided on count of "New" , "Updates" and "Not Exported", If user click on link user will be redirected to main grid with selected filters. 16 Universo CCRIS PFE Manual 11. Préparation for Export – Summary (All SDIS) Steps :i. Summary for All SDIS will be displayed here. ii. Summary is group based on Applcation System Code. iii.
