There will be no food
but you can
bring your lunch!
Dr. Susan Castro will be giving a brief talk discussing an
opportunity to present a paper (3,000 words and approx.
20 minute reading time) to a group of your peers which
will count as an experiential credit!
Please include an abstract (150-200 words).
Papers should be prepared for anonymous review (your name and contact info
should be in your email but not in the attached paper or abstract).
Any undergraduate or graduate student may submit a paper on any
philosophical topic to-
It’s an excellent opportunity
to practice casual debate
skills in a friendly
environment and have a
good time with new friends!
Department of Philosophy
Any topic that you deem
worthy of a long discussion
will be taken seriously but we
will likely not have enough
time to discuss it thoroughly!
