Project Title: IPL Analysis Excel Dashboard Objective: Develop an interactive Excel dashboard to analyze and visualize Indian Premier League (IPL) match data, providing insights into team performances, player statistics, and match outcomes. Key Features: 1. Matches Won by Team (Batting vs. Bowling First): Visualize the number of matches won by each team when batting first versus bowling first. 2. Toss Decision Impact: Analyze the winning percentage based on toss decisions (bat or field). 3. Top 10 Players of the Match: Identify players with the most "Player of the Match" awards across seasons. 4. Top 10 Venues by Matches Played and Win Percentage: Examine venues with the most matches and their corresponding win percentages for teams batting or bowling first. 5. Title Winners by Season: Display IPL champions for each season to track team performance over time. 6. Additional KPIs: Include metrics such as Winner and Runner Up by season, Player of the match. Player of the series etc. Tools & Techniques • • Excel Features: o Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for summarizing data. o Conditional Formatting to highlight key metrics. o Data Validation for creating dropdown lists. o Slicers for interactive filtering. Data Analysis: o Formulas to calculate win percentages, averages, and other KPIs. o Charts (bar, line, pie) to visualize trends and comparisons.
