PORTFOLIO 1. Bus Structural Drawings Bus Structural drawing plans I made using AutoCAD. This is during my work years in Hino Motors Philippines. Most of my task and responsibility was to prepare the drawing plans for the production based on clients’ requirements and to monitor the assembly from chassis assembly to final inspection and to make sure that the plans were followed. Project includes special bodies such as: Mobile Library, Mobile Court, etc. 2. 3D Rendering for Bus Presentation Drawing Using the Hino standard RK8J chassis model to convert the bus to a lowered type bus. This proposal was used for bidding in Cambodia last 2017. Although Hino was lost to the bidding due to its fabrication cost the concept was used for other projects in year 2021. It became a based model and a reference. 3. Bus Improvements and Standardization I was able to help the company to improve the design and the appearances of their bus products. These includes the new design for baggage lid, new design for the wheel fender, new structure design for the side structure of the bus. These improvements were applied to other bus models and it became a standard. Before Improvements Weld seams were visible and the area were prone for rust and water to build up. Baggage lid was heavy, hard to install and has a lot of different bended parts. After Improvements Weld seams weren’t visible and avoided water build up. Baggage lid was lighter and easy to install. The design for both lid and fender became modular type. Much easier to install or replace for future repair. 5. Automotive Foam Industry Supplier After my working years in Hino, I started working in Uratex Multican. A foam manufacturing for automotive. I have experienced to design seat frames for buses and PUV vehicles such as the Mitsubishi L300; I also experienced to design seat foams for yacht and even for passenger ships and ferry. For these projects I have used Autodesk Inventor software for 3D drawings and rendering. 7. Trailer Trucks Projects As for my recent job, I have been hired by Austate Services and ASV Consulting a family-owned business in NSW, Australia. Their products are customized build of truck and trailers and refurbish. I have learned to make different kind of trucks and trailers with the help of the engineering software called Solidworks. Certifications
